A Quick Look Back at the Genesis Camera Collection

The Genesis Camera Collection was first minted and launched on the Flow blockchain back in 2021. At the time, Flow was chosen for its efficiency and scalability, providing a platform for creators and collectors to engage with NFTs in a seamless way. However, as the blockchain landscape has evolved, we’ve encountered some limitations with the Flow ecosystem.

One significant challenge has been the inability to bridge the NFTs across to other chains. Due to the unique structure of Flow, it was not easy to make these NFTs compatible with other blockchain networks or accessible from a variety of wallets. This issue has restricted the full potential of the collection, and we've been working behind the scenes to address it.

The Token

To unlock the full potential for the Genesis Camera Collection holders and move it inline with the business focus, we converted these NFTs into tokens for our upcoming TGE. This was originally documented early last year and token allocation was sent. This move represents a major leap forward, as it will make the assets more accessible, tradeable, and usable within the Cheeze ecosystem.

The tokens issued were linked to the rarity of the camera you held. The rarity of each camera determined the specific number of tokens, ensuring that more exclusive and rare items were rewarded with higher token allocations.

How to Receive Your Tokens

To receive your tokens, please follow this simple step:

• Complete the Form: In order to ensure the correct token allocation, all Genesis Camera owners must complete the Token Claim Form. This will allow us to correctly assign the tokens issued to you on your cheeze.com wallet to your EVM Wallet.

We encourage you to complete the form as soon as possible to avoid any delays. This step is crucial to ensure that the token distribution is accurate and timely for all owners.
